My name is Syed Imad Shah, and I am an experienced Operations Manager based in Dubai with over 5 years of experience in the limousine and transportation industry. Over the years, I have built strong expertise in managing large-scale fleet operations, drivers, business operations, and customer services, with 4 years of experience as an Operations Manager and 1 year as a General Manager.

I have managed the daily operations of a fleet of more than 166 vehicles, overseeing everything from vehicle allocation, maintenance, procurement, and tracking to driver management and RTA compliance. I have also had the opportunity to work with leading five-star hotels, providing luxury transportation services with professional chauffeurs and ensuring high standards of customer service.
